Return/Exchange

Return Policy

Customers within the EU are entitled to return the purchased product, without stating a reason, within 14 business days after their purchase. Customer must return the items delivered in its original condition and must itself pay the costs of returning the items. Refunding of the purchase will be handled within 30days after receiving the return package.

Returns from business accounts or customers outside the EU are subject to a different policy. Customers who intent to send items back may contact us here or send us an email to info@sebrasports.com

Exchanges

Customers who would like to exchange an item for a different one, can simply place another order for the desired item and return the faulty item to us within 14 days after the original purchase. We should be notified about the returned item stating your name and the original order number. Just email to info@sebrasports.com
