Customers within the EU can return the purchased items within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. The items must be unused and must be returned in the original packaging, you must pay the costs yourself, unless the delivery is incorrect or under warranty. The purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.

A different return policy applies to business customers or customers outside the EU. Customers who want to return products can contact us here or send an email to info@sebrasports.com

Customers within the EU who wish to exchange products can do so within 14 days of purchase. They simply need to place a new order for the replacement item and notify us before sending an email to info@sebrasports.com stating name and order number.
